Papa Penny Penny Discredits Gigaba’s Leaked Sex Tape
Limpopo born star Penny Penny popularly known as Papa Penny Penny or “Shangaan Disco King”, has expressed his disappointment by slamming culprits responsible for leaking a sex tape of home affairs minister Malusi Gigaba, claiming it is another example of “embarrassing our culture as black people”.
The 13-second video surfaced on social media as the minister was seen performing a sexual act. Gigaba’s tweets on Sunday laid bare his feelings on the leaked video and extortion attempt and made it clear that the video was meant for himself and his wife.
My wife and I have learned, with regret and sadness, that a video containing material of a sexual nature, meant for our eyes only, which was stolen when my communication got illegally intercepted/my phone got hacked, in 2016/17, is circulating among certain political figures…

The video went viral on social media as hundreds of people commented on the issue.
That video was definitely not sent to Norma Gigaba. He sent it to his mistress. See the timing is the same time him and Buhle were going through their "break up" and she threatened to expose him. Gigaba is finally tired of paying Buhle to shut up. #Gigaba

The minister also suggested that the leaked video was a political attempt to assassinate his character as the ANC compiles its list of MPs ahead of next year’s elections.
Papa Penny Penny mentioned that those who had the video leaked should be blamed and not the minister.
What I see on social media about publishing leadership is not good because they (leadership) are human beings. Private is private. To me, it is totally wrong. What about his children to see their father’s private part? I would like to appeal to everyone who saw this not to blame him, the one who published this is insulting to all men and something must be done to control the publishing of human private parts.
He encouraged other men to delete such videos and not to get caught with their pants down.
I also want to warn all the men and who are shooting sex videos to please delete or not do this at all. We are no longer safe.
The Mzansi star sympathised with the minister as his own phone was hacked but it had no scandalous material because he “behaves” himself.
He called for action to be taken against those who had the video leaked and pleaded with fellow South Africans to be more careful.
Once again, guys, please let us delete all this funny videos for the sake of our kids and our fellow South Africans
