Things Heat Up In Parliament As Gigaba Responds To Ndlozi Jibe
South African Parliament is always eventful and full of drama as most Parliamentarians want all their cases to be heard and addressed.
Today was no different as during Parliament proceedings in Capetown, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi EFF MP made a ‘daring’ suggestion during the president’s question and answer session.
Ndlozi suggested that the cabinet members should be provided with cellphones without cameras that cannot be hacked. This was some sort of ‘jibe’ towards Malusi Gigaba in reference to the leaked sex tape.
Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba had mentioned that his cellphone was hacked and those responsible for leaking the video were trying to ruin his political reputation. However Gigaba has since apologised and said that the video was meant for himself and his wife
The opposition leader said Ramaphosa may start ordering old Nokia phones for Cabinet members to save them from embarrassing activities.

In response to that Gigaba raised his pinkie and rotated it in the air.
The video has gone viral on social media as people have different views on the matter.
So Gigaba is indicating, using his pinky finger that Ndlozi is packing small and that he is boasting about the size of his manhood😂😂😂😂 how can we tolerate this dicks in parliament? https://t.co/01kjozkfYA

EFF's Mbuyiseni Ndlozi shows the president a phone which he says doesn't have a camera and can't be hacked. Asks if he can show it to him later – to spare Cabinet ministers embarrassment. Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba shows him the "baby finger". #RamaphosaQandA

Other Parliamentarians found the gesture unsavoury.
